IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING OUR APPLICATION OR USING OUR SERVICE FOR THE FIRST TIME.

The Terms and Conditions stated herein ("Terms and Conditions") constitute a legal agreement between you and PT. Kita Bisa Teknologi ("The Company") and apply to your visit to and use of our website at www.it-possible.com ("Website"), the Service and the Application (as defined below)

THE COMPANY IS A TECHNOLOGY COMPANY THAT DOES NOT PROVIDE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY/MANPOWER RESOURCE OR SUPPORT SERVICES. THE SERVICE OF THE COMPANY IS TO LINK YOU WITH THE TECH PARTNER COMMUNITY MEMBERS.

IT IS UP TO THE TECH PARTNER COMMUNITY MEMBERS TO OFFER INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES TO YOU AND IT IS UP TO YOU TO ACCEPT SUCH AS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES FROM TECH PARTNER COMMUNITY MEMBERS.

  1. General
    1. The Application is a mobile application that serves as a means to find technical support based on location provided by third parties called Tech Partner Community Members ("Service Providers"). The Application offers information on services offered by Service Providers. The types of services that maybe requested via the Application is Information Technology Technical Support ("Service").
    2. Service Providers have been screened regarding their background address, education and skill-level. Other Service Providers information are offered on a volunteer basis by the Service Providers.
  2. Representations and Warranties
    1. By using our Application and Service, you agree that you have read, understood, accepted and agreed with the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to or fall within the Terms and Conditions of the Service and wish to discontinue using the Service, please do not continue using this Application or Service, cancel your account and delete the Application from your smartphone.
    2. With using the Application, you are agree to:
      1. You will only use the service for legitimate purposes;
      2. You will only use the service for it's intended purpose;
      3. You will not use the application for any unlawful, fraudulent and other activities that might harm the application;
      4. You will not use this app for activities that cause disturbance, discomfort to the other party or to make a reservation counterfeit;
      5. You will not contact the Service Providers for purposes other than service;
      6. You will not intentionally or unintentionally do something that causes harm to the Service Provider;
      7. You will keep your account password or secret data that we provide for you;
      8. You agree to provide accurate information, updated and complete necessary to service and undertake the responsibility to maintain and update the information in a timely manner to keep accurate, update and complete at any time during the term of this Agreement. You agree that the Company may rely on the information you provide. You acknowledge, if the information you provide is not true, inaccurate, or incomplete, the Company has the right but not the obligation to terminate this agreement and the use of the service at any time with or without notice;
      9. You will not use any means to fraud The Company or to enrich your self, through any means, whether fraudulent or otherwise that can causing losses to The Company;
  3. Service Providers' service
    1. Service Providers will prioritize the service listed predefined in the Application
    2. Service Providers not allowed and prohibited to install unlicensed or piracy software
    3. Diagnose the problem is the minimum service that will be provided by the Service Providers
    4. Service Providers will diagnose customer's related to information technology issue such as hardware, software and home network.
    5. After diagnose the problem and if possible, Service Providers will continue to troubleshoot customer's related to information technology issue such as hardware, software, home network
    6. If the diagnosis step cannot continue to troubleshooting step caused by:
      1. Customer request to stop the process;
      2. Need hardware replacement;
      3. The Software installed not licensed/piracy software;
      4. The problem is on the provider side or need more follow up to the provider or principal ,e.g:
        1. Internet problem, need follow up to Internet Service Provider and the Internet Service Provider need long time to resolve the issue);
        2. PC, Smartphone is still covered in warranty. Need to escalate to the principal;
        Charge still applied based on the working time period with minimum 1 hour of working time.
  4. Payments
    1. All payment must using the IT-Wallet Credit
    2. You can top up the IT-Wallet Credit using bank transfers
    3. After the Service Providers finished diagnose or troubleshoot the problem, you are required to make full payment to Service Providers and your payment will be automatically deducted from your IT-Wallet Credit
  5. Cancellation Policy
    1. Cancellation fee IDR 30.000 will be applied if the customer confirm to cancel the request 5 minutes after the booking request made
  6. Customer and Service Providers Feedback and Review
    1. Providing reviews and feedback to Service Providers is a must to improve our services.
  7. Internet Delays

    The Service may be subject to limitations, delays and other problems inherent in the use of the internet and electronic communications including the device used by you or the Service Providers being faulty, not connected, out of range, switched off or not functioning. The Company is not responsible for any delays, delivery failure, damages or losses resulting from such problems.


You hereby agree that the Company is entitled to terminate this Agreement immediately in the event that you are found to be in breach of any of the terms stipulated in this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the termination of this Agreement shall not require the Company to compensate, reimburse or cover any cost incurred by you in the course of you acquiring Services from the Service Providers under this Agreement.

The Company reserves the right to modify, vary and change the Terms and Conditions or its policies relating to the Service at any time as it deems fit. Such modifications, variations and or changes to the Terms and Conditions or its policies relating to the Service shall be effective upon the posting of an updated version at http://www.it-possible.com. You agree that it shall be your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions regularly.
