THE COMPANY IS A TECHNOLOGY COMPANY THAT DOES NOT PROVIDE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY/MANPOWER RESOURCE OR SUPPORT SERVICES. THE SERVICE OF THE COMPANY IS TO LINK YOU WITH THE TECH PARTNER COMMUNITY MEMBERS.

IT IS UP TO THE TECH PARTNER COMMUNITY MEMBERS TO OFFER INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES TO YOU AND IT IS UP TO YOU TO ACCEPT SUCH AS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES FROM TECH PARTNER COMMUNITY MEMBERS.

  1. General
    1. The Application is a mobile application that serves as a means to find technical support based on location provided by third parties called Tech Partner Community Members (“Service Providers“). The Application offers information on services offered by Service Providers. The types of services that maybe requested via the Application is Information Technology Technical Support (“Service“).
    2. “Personal Information” means personally identifiable information about you that may be collected through the Application, such as your name, address, telephone number, email address and/or the like, and other information that may enable identification of a specific individual who is using the Application.
  2. Information We Collect And How We Use Your Information
    1. We collect certain Personal Information from you for the Application to find Tech Partner, the application may prompt you for your geo-location to allow us to provide you the nearest Tech Partner. You will directly provide some Personal Information (e.g when you register) and some will be collected when you use the Application.
    2. Upon signing up with the Application, you will provide us your e-mail address, name, phone number and account password.
    3. When you use the Application to find a service, you provide us information such as your address of where the Service will be performed. When you use our Application, we also process technical data such as your IP-address, Device ID or MAC-address, and information about the manufacturer, model, and operating system of your mobile device. We use this data to enable us to deliver the functionalities of the Application, resolve technical difficulties, provide you with the correct and most up to date version of the Application and to improve the function of the Application.
    4. We use your e-mail, name, phone number and account password to verify your ownership of an account, to communicate with you in response to your order.
    5. We use your address to locate the nearest Tech Partner within 12km radius from your address.
    6. To provide better services to you, you are agree to:
      1. Provide your data for our internal data processing;
      2. Authorize us to automatically subscribe your email to our mailing list, we follow the opt in and out policy. If you would like to stop receiving emails from us, please click unsubscribe included in the e-mail;
      3. Authorize us to use your name, email and phone number to send you news, general updates on the Application, special offers or promotions;
      4. Authorize us to share such information as your name, phone number, location, service needed or problem you have, with Tech Partner to follow up and slove your problem;
      5. Authorize us to transfer your Personal Information to the Tech Partner as a part of the provision of the Services;
    7. Your personal information will automatically be deleted from the Tech Partner’s mobile device after your use of the Service, it is possible that the Tech Partner may be able to keep your data in their devices by any means. We are not responsible for this kind of data storage and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless and not liable for any misuse of your Personal Information by the Tech Partner upon completion of the Service provided.
    8. We do not share your Personal Information with any parties other than to the relevant Tech Partner and the third party companies and individuals without your consent. However, we will disclose your Personal Information to the extent that this is legally required, or necessary to comply with statutory, regulatory and governmental requirements, or in the event of any dispute, or legal proceeding of any kind between you and us, or between you and other users with respect to, or in relation to the Services, or in the event of an emergency pertaining to your health and/or safety.
    9. Your Personal Information may be transferred to, stored, used and processed in a jurisdiction other than Indonesia where our servers are located. You understand and consent to the transfer of your Personal Information out of Indonesia.
    10. We do not sell, rent or lease your Personal Information to third parties.
    11. We will retain your information until you cancel your account in the Application.
  3. Security
    1. We do not guarantee the security of our database nor can we guarantee that the information you have provided will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us. Any transmission of information by you to us is at your own risk. You must not disclose your password to anyone. As effective as technology is, no security system is impenetrable.

    1. We may amend this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices.
    2. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. This privacy policy is governed by and to be construed under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any and all disputes arising from this privacy policy shall be governed by the exclusive jurisdiction of the North Jakarta District Court.

    1. By using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Conditions and agree and consent to the use, practice, processing and transfer of your personal data by us as described in this Privacy Policy.
    2. You also represent that you have the right to share all the information you have provided to us and to give us the right to use and share the information with the Tech Partner.
